AIS Mobile App – Usage and Functions
The AIS Mobile App supports drivers and contractors in their daily work. It digitally records departure checks, pickups, and deliveries. Each step can be confirmed with simple taps, comments, and photos.
Key Features:
- Departure check: "Yes" = check mark, "No" = cross (photo required), empty field = open
- New orders appear as pop-up (Pickup = green trailer, Delivery = orange)
- Delivery and pallet exchange require a photo to complete
This presentation and documentation are based on the 2020 version of the app. Some layout updates may have been implemented since then, but the overall functionality has remained essentially the same.
